Virtuagym Pricing 2026: What It Costs and What the Quote Depends On
Virtuagym does not publish prices in 2026: its pricing link leads to a demo and quote form. Here is what a Virtuagym quote usually depends on, the questions to ask, how to compare the offer with published prices, and when Trainera fits instead.

How much does Virtuagym cost in 2026?
Virtuagym does not publish a price list in 2026. When we checked on 25 September 2026, its pricing link redirected to a form that says "Request your 25 min demo and pricing", so Virtuagym is price on request. Your cost depends on your gym's size, locations and chosen modules, and you only get a number after a sales conversation.
That makes this page different from most pricing breakdowns. We will not guess a figure. Instead, we explain what a Virtuagym quote usually depends on, what to ask for in the demo, how to turn the quote into a first-year total and how to compare it with software that does publish its prices. Our sources and rules are described in how we compare fitness software.
What is quote-based pricing?
Quote-based pricing means the vendor sets your price individually after learning about your business, instead of showing a public price list. It is common for club management software aimed at multi-location gyms and chains.
The model has real advantages for larger operators: the offer can be shaped around the modules you need, and a sales team can scope migration and setup for you. The trade-off is that you cannot compare costs before you talk to sales, and two gyms of a similar size may receive different offers. For a small studio, the demo process also takes time before you even know whether the software is in budget.
What Virtuagym publishes and what it does not
Almost nothing about cost is public. Here is what we could and could not find on Virtuagym's own pricing path.
| Cost item | Published by Virtuagym? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly plan price | No, price on request | Ask for it in writing for your member count |
| Plan names and limits | Not published | Ask which limits apply (members, locations, staff) |
| Branded member app | Not published | Ask if it is included or an add-on, and its price |
| Payment processing fees | Not published | Ask for the card and direct debit rates |
| Setup or onboarding fee | Not published | Ask for a one-time total including migration |
| Free trial or free plan | Not stated; demo offered | Ask whether a trial or pilot is possible |

You may see older Virtuagym tier prices on review and comparison sites. Those refer to tiers Virtuagym published in the past, and we could not verify them against the current pricing page. Use them, at most, as a hint of history, never as a budget. You can start the process on Virtuagym's pricing page, which leads to the demo form.
What does a Virtuagym quote usually depend on?
For quote-based gym software, the price usually moves with four things: members, locations, modules and services. Knowing them before the call lets you steer the conversation and compare offers fairly.
- Members. Many club management quotes scale with active members. Ask whether the price is per member, per member band or flat, and what happens when you pass the next band.
- Locations. Multi-site gyms are often priced per location. Ask whether a second location is a full new licence or a smaller add-on.
- Modules. Virtuagym positions itself around club management plus coaching apps. Scheduling, memberships, a member app, a branded app, coaching and nutrition features, marketing tools and access control may be priced as separate modules. Ask which ones your number includes.
- Services and terms. Onboarding, data migration, training, hardware for entry control, contract length and notice period all change the real cost, even when the monthly figure looks the same.
Questions to ask in the Virtuagym demo
The best protection against a surprising bill is a written quote with every cost on its own line. Bring this list to the demo.
- What is the monthly price for our exact number of active members and locations?
- Which modules are included, and what does each excluded module cost?
- Is a branded member app under our gym's name included, and what does it cost to publish and maintain?
- What are the payment processing rates for cards and direct debit, and can we use our own payment provider?
- Is there a one-time setup, onboarding or migration fee?
- How long is the contract, what is the notice period, and is there a price increase clause?
- What happens to the price if we add members, staff or a location next year?
- Can we export our member and payment data if we leave?
How to work out your real first-year cost
Compare software on the first-year total, not on the monthly headline. A simple formula works for every vendor, quote-based or not.
First-year total = (monthly fee x 12) + setup and migration + branded app fees + add-on modules + hardware + payment processing on your expected card volume.
Fill in the formula with the written Virtuagym quote, then do the same for two or three vendors with public prices. The table below shows the published starting points of some alternatives that European gyms often compare against Virtuagym. For the full list, see our fitness software pricing index for 2026.
| Software | Pricing model | Published starting price | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Virtuagym | Quote-based | Price on request | Demo and pricing form; no public fees |
| Glofox | Quote-based | Price on request | Quote form; price depends on business type and locations |
| Magicline | Per location, packages by member count | Free under 25 members; Basic 189 EUR per location a month | Branded member app adds 349 EUR a month (299 EUR on Ultimate) |
| Perfect Gym | Per club, final price by quote | Starts at 179 EUR per club (billing period not printed) | Mandatory one-time onboarding fee, amount by scope |
| Eversports | Flat plans by monthly bookings | 59 EUR a month, or 49 EUR a month billed yearly (ex VAT) | 99 EUR one-time setup fee |
| Trainera for gyms | Flat, per country | Core $149 a month (US), 139.99 EUR (Germany) | Unlimited members, no per-member fee, no setup fee |

Who is Virtuagym worth it for?
Virtuagym is worth a demo for European gyms and coaching businesses that want club management and coaching apps from one established vendor and are happy to buy through a sales process.
- Best for: multi-location gyms and chains that want a scoped offer, help with setup, and one contract covering management and coaching.
- Best for: operators who prefer to negotiate modules and terms rather than pick from a fixed list.
- Not the right fit for: a small studio that wants to know the price today, start on its own and avoid a sales cycle.
- Not the right fit for: owners who need to compare several vendors quickly on public numbers before booking any demos.

Where Trainera fits instead
Trainera fits gyms that want a public, flat price with unlimited members and a member app included. Trainera is also the publisher of this page, so weigh this section with that in mind.
- Public price per country: Core is $149 a month in the US, 139.99 EUR in Germany and the western eurozone, and 129.99 EUR in Spain and the southern eurozone. White Label is $299 a month in the US. Other countries have their own local prices on the pricing page.
- No per-member fee, no setup fee: unlimited members on both plans, billed monthly. Core starts with a 7-day trial and can be picked self-serve; White Label is arranged on a call with a dedicated account manager.
- What Core includes: owner dashboard, membership packages in your own currency, QR member cards, turnstiles and scanners through the check-in API (up to 10 devices), class and PT scheduling, a leads CRM, a website on your own domain and card payments through your own Stripe account with a 0% platform fee.
- Member app: on Core, members use the Trainera app in your colours and logo; on White Label they get your own iOS and Android app under your gym's name.
- Free migration: members, packages, expiry dates, trainers and plans can be moved from an export.
When Trainera is not the right choice: if you need a free plan for a gym (Trainera has none), an Apple Watch app or widgets inside your branded app, or integrations Trainera does not list, a different vendor will serve you better. The same applies if you prefer a fully sales-scoped, negotiated package. More about the options is in the guide to gym software with a branded member app and our gym management software overview for 2026.
Bottom line
Virtuagym costs whatever your written quote says, because there is no public price in 2026. Go into the demo knowing your member count, locations and must-have modules, ask for every fee on its own line, and compare the first-year total with vendors that publish their prices. That way the quote works for you, not the other way round.
Compare your quote with a public price: see Trainera for gyms or start the 7-day Core trial.
