How much does Magicline cost in 2026?

Magicline costs between EUR 0 and EUR 699 per location per month on its official pricing page: Free EUR 0 (under 25 members), Basic EUR 189, Advanced EUR 349, Pro EUR 449 and Ultimate EUR 699. Prices depend on the number of members per location, and the branded app through MySports costs an extra EUR 349 a month, or EUR 299 on Ultimate. Payment processing fees and the optional starter package are not priced publicly.

This guide is for gym and studio owners, mostly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland where Magicline is strongest, who are budgeting for Magicline or reviewing a contract. Magicline plans at a glance

Magicline sells five packages billed per location per month. Higher packages add partner integrations, devices and member features.

One definition first: per-location pricing means every branch needs its own package. An operator with three clubs pays the chosen package three times, even when all three run in one system.

How member count sets your Magicline price

Magicline's package price depends on the number of members per location, and a gym that passes its limit is moved to the next package automatically. We could not reliably read the exact limits for Basic to Ultimate from the page.

The prices above match the member count preset in the pricing page's tariff finder. If you have more or fewer members, the finder shows other figures. For planning, that means:

• Enter your current member count and your twelve-month growth target in the tariff finder.
• Get the member limit of your package confirmed in writing, so an automatic upgrade does not come as a surprise.
• With several locations, price each branch separately, because the limit applies per location.

Extra costs: app, integrations, payments and setup

On top of the package, Magicline can add the branded app, more partner integrations, a card terminal and a starter package. Only some of these have a published price.

A branded app is a member app published under the gym's own name and logo in the App Store and Google Play. What the pricing page leaves out

The Magicline pricing page lists packages, the app and integrations, but not everything that decides the total. Settle the open points in writing before you sign.

• Member limits: at what member count the next package applies.
• Payment fees: what each direct debit or card payment costs.
• Starter package: its price, and whether data migration and training are included.
• Term and notice: our pricing data holds nothing on this; ask for the minimum term and notice period, separately for Magicline and MySports.
• VAT: whether the listed prices exclude VAT.

Worked examples: Magicline cost for typical gyms

With the published figures, a single gym with the branded app pays roughly EUR 538 to EUR 998 a month depending on the package, before payment fees, terminal and starter package.

Which package applies to you depends on your member count in the tariff finder, so these examples show how the published items add up, not which package you will need. The pricing page does not say whether the branded app is charged once or per location for multi-site operators.

Who Magicline is worth it for

Magicline is built for fitness clubs in the DACH region and wider Europe, and it is strong when a gym needs a cash register, contracts, devices and several partner integrations in one system.

Best for:

• Studios with under 25 members per location that want to start on the Free package.
• Clubs that need several partner integrations and unlimited devices (from Pro).
• Operators running a digital cash register and company or group contracts.
• Teams that prefer a German-language interface and a European vendor.

Not the right fit for:

• Gyms that want a fixed cost that does not change with member count.
• Owners who want their own app without a second contract of EUR 299 to 349 a month.

Where Trainera fits, and where it does not

Trainera is an option for gyms that want a fixed monthly price with no member limit. Core costs EUR 139.99 a month in Germany and the western eurozone, and White Label, with the gym's own iOS and Android app under its name, costs EUR 279.99, both with unlimited members, no per-member fee and no setup fee. In the US the same plans cost $149 and $299; other countries have their own local prices.

In Trainera a gym sets packages with its own price, access hours and entry limits, schedules classes and PT, tracks leads in a 7-stage pipeline and gives trainers their own logins. On Core, members use the Trainera app in the gym's colours and logo, and AI features can be switched on per package. Moving members, packages, expiry dates, trainers and plans from an export is free.

Trainera is not the right choice if your gym has under 25 members and should pay nothing, if you depend on specific partner integrations or a cash register with a card terminal, or if you need more than 10 access devices on Core.
