Eversports Pricing 2026: What the Studio Software Really Costs

How much does Eversports cost in 2026? The short answer

Eversports costs studios between EUR 59 and EUR 249 a month in 2026 when billed monthly, or EUR 49 to 229 a month billed yearly. The plan is set by the number of bookings per month, plus a one-time EUR 99 setup and onboarding fee. All prices exclude VAT, and payment provider fees may come on top.

Eversports is built mainly for yoga, Pilates and boutique studios in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe that run on classes and appointments. Sports centres with courts have separate packages that this article does not cover.

The five Eversports plans at a glance

Eversports sells five studio packages that differ by monthly booking volume. Note that the pricing page shows yearly-billed prices by default, so the table below leads with the monthly price.

Booking-based pricing means you pay neither per member nor per location, but by the number of bookings that run through the system each month. Fill more classes and you move up a plan.

What comes on top of the base price?

On top of the monthly fee, Eversports charges a one-time setup fee and, depending on your studio, add-ons. These are the items listed on the pricing page:

• Setup and onboarding: EUR 99 once.
• Door access system: EUR 38 a month.
• Lighting control plus door access: EUR 59 a month.
• Payment processing: Eversports says transaction fees from payment service providers may apply. The rates are not on the pricing page, so ask for them.
• VAT: all prices are net; the VAT rate of your country is added. VAT-registered studios can reclaim it.

What the pricing page does not answer: whether a branded member app under your studio's name is included or extra, and what minimum term and notice period apply. Get both confirmed in writing in your quote.

How many bookings does your studio have? A worked example

You can estimate bookings as members times visits per month. For example, 60 active members who book a class twice a week make roughly 520 bookings a month. That studio sits in Accelerate (up to 599 bookings).

Keep two things in mind:

• Growth moves you up a plan. Add 10 members who behave the same way and you reach about 600 bookings, which is Professional territory. Plan with the booking volume of your busiest season, not the summer dip.
• What counts as a booking matters. Ask Eversports whether appointments, cancellations, waitlists or check-ins without a class booking are counted. For a studio with open training, this can change the plan.

First-year cost for four studio sizes

In year one you pay twelve monthly fees plus the EUR 99 setup fee. The table uses published prices only, net of VAT and excluding payment provider fees.

Who is Eversports worth it for?

Eversports is worth it mainly for class- and appointment-based studios in the DACH region whose booking volume is predictable. Its pricing rewards small studios with low entry prices.

Best for:

• yoga, Pilates and boutique studios that run mostly on classes (see our guide to yoga studio software);
• small studios under 50 bookings a month that want a cheap start at EUR 59 (or EUR 49 billed yearly);
• studios that want to add a door access system or lighting control at a fixed monthly price.

Not the right fit for:

• studios with strongly seasonal or fast-growing bookings that want fixed software costs;
• gyms with lots of open training, where it is unclear how visits count as bookings;
• owners who need a member app under their own name; the pricing page gives no price for one.

Eversports, Magicline and Trainera: price comparison

The three vendors charge in different ways: Eversports by bookings, Magicline by package per location with member limits, and Trainera with a fixed price per country and no member limit. The table shows what each one publishes.

Where Trainera fits instead of Eversports, and where it does not

Trainera fits if you want a fixed monthly price regardless of members and bookings, and you run open training, training plans and door entry from one app alongside classes. For very small class studios, Eversports costs less.

What Trainera Core includes for EUR 139.99 a month in Germany and the western eurozone, according to the pricing page (other countries have their own local prices):

• unlimited members, no per-member fee, no setup fee, billed monthly;
• membership packages with their own price, billing cycle, access hours and entry limits;
• QR member card, turnstiles and scanners through the check-in API (up to 10 devices), with expired memberships checked on every scan (see check-in and access control software);
• classes, small groups, open gym and personal training in one planner, with booking from the phone;
• card payments through the gym's own Stripe account at a 0% platform fee, plus PayPal, cash or bank transfer;
• training and nutrition plans, workout logging and AI features you switch on per membership package;
• the app in 26 languages, including German.

White Label costs EUR 279.99 a month in Germany and delivers the same as the gym's own iOS and Android app under its name, published by Trainera. Trainera moves your data for free from an export, for example an Excel list of members, packages and expiry dates.

Trainera is not the right choice if:

• your studio has under 50 bookings a month and mainly wants a cheap start; Eversports Light costs less;
• you want a free plan; Trainera has no free plan for gyms;
• you rent out courts or need lighting control from the software; Eversports has its own packages and add-ons for that.

Checklist before you sign

Before you sign with Eversports or any other vendor, get these answered in writing:

1. What counts as a booking, and what happens if you exceed your plan's limit in a month?
2. What minimum term and notice period apply, on monthly and on yearly billing?
